Kids interested in trying tennis can get on the court for free Saturday, Sept. 12, with the Parker County Tennis Association.
The introductory clinic is open to ages 6 to 14, and no registration or racket is required. Families can simply sign in when they arrive at the Soldier Spring Tennis Facility.
The 6 to 8 age group meets from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., while ages 9 to 14 play from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Kids only need appropriate tennis shoes and something to drink. The association will provide the remaining equipment.
Families should check the Parker County Tennis Association’s announcement Saturday morning in case weather or other conditions force a cancellation. Any cancellation will be posted at least one hour before the clinic begins.
