HR Director Sought for Growing DFW Company.

An expanding company in the industrial, AI and data center space is looking for an experienced Human Resources Director in the DFW area.

Recruiter Suzie Coughlin is seeking candidates for the on-site leadership position, which carries a $140,000 to $165,000 base salary, plus a bonus, healthcare benefits, paid time off and a 401(k).

The role covers employee relations, talent strategy, compliance, compensation and benefits, workforce planning and HR operations, with an opportunity to help shape the company’s HR function as it grows.

Candidates should have 10 to 15 or more years of progressive HR experience, including at least three to five years at the director level. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, technology or another technical or industrial environment is strongly preferred.
