For Benbrook-area moms looking for a little extra income without having to find childcare of their own, Christ Chapel West has an opportunity worth considering.
The church is hiring women to work with Kids Care on Thursday mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., providing childcare for women attending its weekly Bible study.
One perk may be especially helpful for moms with young children. Employees with children ages 5 and younger can bring them along at no cost while they work.
The role involves caring for children in a setting where they can play with other kids and learn about Jesus while their moms participate in Bible study.
Christ Chapel West is currently accepting preliminary applications to begin the hiring process.
