If you’ve noticed a helicopter hovering near Trinity Hills Baptist Church and the power lines off 2871, you’re not alone!
The aircraft is part of an ongoing power line installation project to upgrade the area’s electrical infrastructure.
Workers and equipment are being airlifted to install new power lines leading to the Aledo Road substation. This operation will continue over the next couple of months and affect areas spanning the Whitestone, Ventana, and Bella neighborhoods and into Aledo.
So, if you see the chopper in action, rest assured—it’s all part of keeping Benbrook powered up!
