Mark your calendars because one of Benbrook’s favorite family events is getting closer.
BASIS Benbrook has announced its 2026 Community Carnival will take place on Friday, September 25, with an evening packed full of fun for the community. Organizers are planning favorites like a dunk tank, petting zoo, choo choo train, and plenty of activities for all ages.
One question already generating some excitement is whether Mrs. Hoagland will take a turn in the dunk tank as she did last year.
Planning is still underway, and BASIS Benbrook is inviting the community to help shape this year’s carnival by sharing ideas for booths and activities. Last year’s event featured crowd favorites including face painting, balloon animals, and mini golf.
Ticket sales begin August 3, giving families plenty of time to plan for the celebration.
Local businesses and organizations interested in supporting the event can also become sponsors. Sponsorships can be customized, and the deadline to receive sponsor benefits is August 15.
