Benbrook Library Wraps Up Summer with Family Celebration.

Summer may be winding down, but the Benbrook Public Library is ending the season with one last splash.

Families are invited to the library’s Summer Closing Party on Friday, July 31, from 10 a.m. to noon at 1065 Mercedes St. The free celebration will feature a water slide, foam machine, light snacks, and Kona Ice snow cones to help everyone stay cool. Guests planning to enjoy the water activities are encouraged to wear appropriate attire.

The event will also include Noah’s Petting Farm, made possible through sponsorship from Integrity Urgent Care Benbrook, while Raising Cane’s is providing complimentary lemonade.
