Season 18 is officially in the books, and Foot Works Performing Arts Center is celebrating one of its biggest years yet.
The Benbrook dance studio closed the season with its strongest showing ever at the Starpower National Talent Battle of the Stars, competing against nearly 2,000 entries across three stages over five days.
Among the highlights, The Works Company earned the Studio Excellence in Versatility Award, multiple first runner-up finishes, several finalist honors, a Viewer’s Choice Award, a Performance of the Year recognition, and two AMDA college scholarships.
Studio leaders also reflected on a season marked by growth, perseverance, and community, thanking dancers, parents, teachers, and supporters for helping make the year memorable.
