Benbrook Class of 2026 Turns the Page at Dickies Arena.

The cheers echoed across Dickies Arena as the Benbrook Middle-High School Class of 2026 took one final walk together before heading in a hundred different directions.

Families, friends, teachers, and Fort Worth ISD staff filled the arena to celebrate the milestone. Some proudly held oversized photo cutouts of their graduates. Others arrived with flowers, stuffed animals, and keepsakes ready for the post-ceremony hugs.

Everywhere you looked, there were smiles, tears, laughter, and the kind of joy that comes from reaching a moment years in the making.

As the graduates entered in their caps and gowns, many sporting personalized decorations that reflected their personalities and future plans, they were welcomed by a special soundtrack.

For the first time in school history, Benbrook’s band and orchestra students joined forces to form the Benbrook Symphonic Orchestra, performing “Pomp and Circumstance” as their classmates marched into the ceremony.

The Class of 2026 also celebrated two standout academic achievements. Valedictorian Amy Gonzalez will attend Texas Christian University to study engineering, while Salutatorian Abyela Patterson plans to attend LeTourneau University and pursue aeronautical engineering.

For the graduates, the ceremony marked more than the end of high school. It was the closing of one chapter and the beginning of another.

Whether heading to college, the workforce, military service, or new opportunities still taking shape, Benbrook’s newest graduates left the arena with memories, friendships, and lessons that will travel with them long after graduation day.

Congratulations to the Benbrook Middle-High School Class of 2026. The tassels have been turned, the diplomas have been handed out, and the next chapter is officially underway.
