A summer camp built around mud, animals, sunshine, and hands-on adventure is already nearing capacity.
Wilde Critter Camp, led by Rolling Hills Elementary fourth-grade teacher Ms. Tarver, has just a few spots left for its upcoming summer sessions designed for kids who would rather be outside than stare at a screen.
The camp gives children ages 6 and up a chance to spend the week exploring nature through animal encounters, outdoor games, free-range play, and interactive activities. Organizers describe it as a mix of adventure, learning, and good old-fashioned outdoor fun.
Two camp sessions are scheduled for June 15 through June 19 and July 13 through July 17, running daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Families interested in signing up are encouraged to register soon before enrollment closes. Camp pricing is listed at $275 for the first child, with sibling add-ons available for $250.
More information and registration are available at Wilde Critter Camp Registration.
