Behind every halftime performance and concert stage moment is a long list of things most people never see—contest fees, private lessons, marching props, equipment, and the everyday costs that keep a band program moving.
That is why the Western Hills Cougar Band is asking the community to step in and help as they prepare for the 2026 school year.
The Cougar Band Fundraiser is now underway, with students and directors working to raise support for stronger opportunities both on and off the field. Their goal is simple: give students access to better equipment, more learning experiences, and the kind of high-level instruction that helps young musicians grow.
Funds raised will help cover contest and event fees, clinician support, private lesson instruction, marching band props, and other essential program needs.
