Music and Movement Take Center Stage at Benbrook’s Talk ’n’ Toddle

Saturday mornings at the Benbrook Public Library are about to get a little more lively.

The library’s Talk ’n’ Toddle workshop continues this weekend with a special session focused on music and movement, led by childcare professional Donna Hopson. Designed for children ages 1 to 3 and their caregivers, the five-week series creates space for early learning through play, rhythm, and connection.

This week’s session takes place Saturday, April 18, from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m. Registration is required, and families can sign up for the remaining workshops at https://benbrooklibrary.org/event/family-place-workshop-20299.

Talk ’n’ Toddle is part of the library’s ongoing effort to support early childhood development while giving parents and caregivers a place to learn alongside their children. With a mix of guided activity and simple interaction, it turns a typical morning into something a little more meaningful.

It is one of those programs where the smallest moments tend to stick the longest.

The Benbrook Public Library is located at 1065 Mercedes Street. For more information, visit https://benbrooklibrary.org, email reference@benbrooklibrary.org, or call 817-249-6632.
