Benbrook Library Opens Registration for Toddler Learning Series.

BENBROOK, TX — For parents of young children, the early years come with a lot of questions. The Benbrook Public Library is offering a space to explore those questions together.

Registration is now open for “Talk ’n’ Toddle,” a five-week workshop series designed for children ages 1 to 3 and their caregivers. The program, part of the Family Place Libraries initiative, pairs guided playtime with practical support from childcare professionals.

Each Saturday from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m., beginning April 4 through May 2, families will gather at the library for hands-on learning. While toddlers explore toys, books, and activities, parents can connect with experts and gain insight into early childhood development.

Library staff says the program keeps what families have appreciated in the past, while introducing a refreshed name and format. One key detail to note is that registration covers all five sessions, creating consistency for both children and caregivers.

The Benbrook Public Library, located at 1065 Mercedes Street, continues to expand its role beyond a place to check out books. Programs like this aim to support families where they are, offering tools, connection, and a chance to learn in a relaxed setting.
