Western Hills Alumni Spend Saturday Serving 300 Meals.

While most people ease into their weekend, a group of Western Hills High School alumni spent Saturday morning rolling up their sleeves.

Retired Cougars gathered to prepare 300 sack lunches and sandwiches for neighbors in need. It is the kind of quiet work that does not always make headlines but leaves a real impact across the community.

The effort is organized through the Cougar Pride Alliance, a group that continues to support Western Hills long after graduation day. Volunteers are welcome, whether you have Cougar roots or simply want to lend a hand.

Sometimes community pride looks like a packed lunch and a few hours on a Saturday morning.
