Just after 4 p.m. today, multiple emergency vehicles responded to a serious crash on Orchard Way, a few minutes south of Benbrook, involving an electric scooter and a truck.
According to an eyewitness, a child riding a scooter was struck. Emergency personnel remained on scene providing medical care and assessing those involved. The child’s condition has not yet been released.
