BENBROOK, TX — Leslie Raymond Jones, a longtime Benbrook resident and retired truck driver, passed away January 3, 2026, in Lampasas at the age of 77.
Known to friends and family as Raymond, he spent much of his life on the road before retiring, and he found his greatest joy outdoors. Fishing and hunting were lifelong passions, and time spent in nature was where he felt most at home.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 16, 2026, at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook.
