Benbrook Middle-High School Launches JCC Sock Drive to Help Those in Need.

Benbrook Middle-High School students are getting a simple chance to make a real impact this winter through the JCC Sock Drive, running from January 12 through February 23.

The drive is collecting newly purchased socks, one of the most-requested yet least-donated items for people facing hardship.

For students, there is an added incentive. Each pair of socks donated earns one hour of service credit, making it an easy way to give back while meeting school requirements.

Donations can be dropped off at JCC Room 317 or the middle school front office. Organizers are reminding families that socks must be brand new to be accepted.

School leaders say small acts like this add up, especially during colder months when warm clothing matters most.

The JCC Sock Drive offers students and families a practical way to serve the community and support those who need it most, one pair at a time.
