A Warm Sendoff for Benbrook Educators Before Winter Break.

While most of the city was already shifting into holiday mode, many educators reported for duty one more time this Friday morning before winter break officially began.

At Benbrook Middle High School, that final day of the year turned into a moment of gratitude and togetherness.

Teachers and staff gathered for a breakfast, sharing a meal and some well-earned time after a full year of serving students and families. It was a simple pause before the holidays, but a meaningful one.

The breakfast was made possible through support from Benbrook Walmart and Benbrook Cracker Barrel, whose donations helped show appreciation for the hardworking staff. It was a reminder of how local businesses continue to step up for local schools, strengthening the ties that make Benbrook feel like home.
