Western Hills High School received a special visit this week when Mayor Ward stopped by to spend time with the school’s Leadership students.
His message was simple but meaningful: their mindfulness, kindness, and curiosity are already shaping them into strong leaders of the future.
Students had plenty of questions ready, and according to staff, they kept the mayor on his toes in all the best ways. Ms. Fogle shared that their eagerness to learn made the conversation lively and inspiring.
The school community expressed deep appreciation for Mayor Ward’s willingness to invest time in local students. Moments like this remind Benbrook how powerful a little encouragement can be for young minds finding their direction.
