The Benbrook Community Center YMCA has released its Thanksgiving week hours, giving residents a clear picture of when they can plan a workout, a swim, or time in the Playhouse.
The branch will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but the team invites everyone to join the annual Turkey Trot that morning, one of the community’s favorite holiday traditions.
Doors reopen Friday with adjusted hours. The facility will operate from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the indoor pool from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the Playhouse from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Friday’s group exercise lineup includes:
- BodyPump at 9:00 a.m.
- BodyBalance at 10:15 a.m.
- Water Aerobics at 11:15 a.m.
- Silver Sneakers at 11:30 a.m.
It’s a simple way to ease back into routine after a day of turkey, football, and family time.
