Benbrook’s Lighted Par 3 Golf Course capped off the season with its annual Glow-in-the-Dark Scramble, drawing more than 80 golfers for an evening filled with friendly competition, laughter, and glowing golf balls streaking across the fairway.
Chris claimed the chipping win, while Luke earned best costume honors, keeping the energy lighthearted and the spirit of the night alive. Although the big pot rolled over to next year, it was clear the event was more about fun and camaraderie than scores.
Organizers hinted that if the weather cooperates, a few winter scrambles might pop up before next year’s season officially tees off, with entry fees increasing slightly to $12. Regulars and newcomers alike are encouraged to stay connected for updates, and to keep an eye out for Panther City’s Monday night scrambles at 6:30 p.m.
The team also gave a big thank-you to their loyal golfers and the taco truck crew who helped make the weekly scrambles a hit all season long.
