In a heartfelt show of community care, Atwood Tree Care in Benbrook is stepping up to help families affected by the suspension of SNAP benefits this November.
The local tree service company announced plans to provide five families with a full Aldi Thanksgiving dinner deal, valued at $40 each and designed to feed up to ten people.
Residents can nominate someone in need—or themselves—by sending a private Facebook message to Atwood Tree Care. Proof of SNAP participation and a valid ID will be required to qualify.
While known for keeping Benbrook’s trees trimmed and healthy, the Atwood team is showing that their roots in the community run even deeper. Their goal is simple: to ensure no family misses out on a holiday meal this Thanksgiving.
