Next Friday morning, the Benbrook Public Library is inviting little ones to dive into a world of fun designed to spark all the senses.
From 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on August 29, children aged 2 to 6 can enjoy an hour of playful discovery, featuring bubble wrap, balloons, music, sensory toys, and more.
It will be hands-on and possibly a little messy, so parents are encouraged to bring their kids in clothes they don’t mind getting a bit worn or stained.
The library, located at 1065 Mercedes St. in Benbrook, has made events like this a staple for families looking for creative ways to learn and connect. Sensory play helps children develop motor skills and curiosity, while also creating moments of joy that parents and kids can share together.
