It seems the Fort Worth ISD’s long-anticipated organizational chart has finally surfaced, just days after local watchdogs publicly questioned its whereabouts. Timing aside, the newly released chart answers some questions but also raises a few eyebrows.
A quick glance reveals why Dr. Karen Molinar, FWISD Superintendent, recently pushed to revise residency requirements for her top-level staff. According to the chart, none of the district’s highest-ranking leaders live within FWISD boundaries. That detail alone is fueling ongoing community conversations about leadership accountability and local investment.
