Calling all homeschool families and book lovers in Benbrook—story time is officially back.
The Benbrook Public Library is reviving its weekly Homeschool Story Hour, held every Wednesday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Whether you’re joining in person for the live reading or listening to the recording later, this is a great way to introduce young readers to timeless literature.
Kicking off the season is The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett, starting Wednesday, August 6. It’s a story full of discovery, growth, and imagination—perfect for curious minds and a cozy afternoon break.
