If you’ve ever wondered how classrooms magically come together before the first bell rings, here’s your chance to be part of the behind-the-scenes action.
Westpark Elementary is calling on parents, students, and anyone who wants to lend a hand this Friday, August 1 at 10:00 AM. The mission? Unpack and deliver a mountain of school supplies and textbooks to classrooms, getting everything set for our teachers and students.
Volunteers will meet in the Westpark gym and work together until the task is completed. Whether you’ve got an hour or the whole morning, your help makes a difference. And if you know a high school student at BMHS who needs service hours, this is a perfect opportunity to knock some out while giving back.
This is the kind of effort that builds community. Many hands make light work, and a little time now helps launch a great school year for our kids.
