Western Hills Senior Hits a High Note with UTA Scholarship.

Benbrook’s own Sebastian Alonso is heading into the next chapter of his music journey with style and purpose.

On Friday, May 9, the Western Hills High School senior was honored at FWISD’s Visual and Performing Arts Senior Signing Day, a celebration spotlighting standout seniors across the district.

Sebastian has earned a scholarship to attend the University of Texas at Arlington, where he plans to major in Vocal Performance and Music Education. His hard work and dedication in the Western Hills choral program, led by Director William Blake Glass, has clearly paid off.

Benbrook is proud to cheer Sebastian on as he brings his talent to the collegiate stage. The future sounds bright.
