The video features several officials, students, and teachers from the FWISD and helps to explain the reasoning and desires behind the proposed $750 million bond.
As the election draws near, the proposed bond package has intensified debate. There seems to be a growing number of people in both camps (those for and those against). Most of the attention the proposed bond has received is due to its incredibly high figure. $750 million is an unfathomable amount for many, yet the video below states at the 1:00 mark that the new bond would not cause an increased tax rate for citizens.
