BENBROOK, Texas — In response to a confirmed case of West Nile Virus detected in a local mosquito trap, the City of Benbrook will conduct mosquito spraying from July 17th to 18th.

- Begins: 11:00 PM, Wednesday, July 17th
- Ends: 6:00 AM, Thursday, July 18th (weather permitting)
- Location: Within a half-mile radius of the 8200 block of Circle S Road, bounded by:
- North: Rush Street
- South: Llano Avenue
- West: Twilight Drive S
- East: Coates Circle
Safety Information: The mosquito control pesticide used is safe for people and pets in small amounts. However, minimizing exposure is recommended.
Preventative Measures: The City of Benbrook urges residents to take personal protective measures against West Nile Virus:
- Eliminate standing water on your property
- Use mosquito repellent
- Wear appropriate clothing when outdoors, especially from dusk to dawn
