North Texas gardeners have a chance to dig into fall with free resources designed to make yards both beautiful and resilient.
On Saturday, September 27, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., residents can pick up a Water Wise Gardening Kit at one of six locations across the area, including nearby White Settlement.
The kits are packed with tools and tips tailored for Texas landscapes. Each bundle includes gardening tools, hose attachments, native plants, books, wildflower seed mixes, Fort Worth Botanic Garden tickets, T-shirts, and more. The goal is to help families create landscapes that conserve water while standing strong against the region’s hot summers.
