Military and veteran parents in the Fort Worth area are invited to a free, one-day Equine-Assisted Parenting Workshop designed to help families grow stronger through the unique connection between humans and horses.
Hosted by STEPS With Horses, this hands-on, parents-only event takes place Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Participants will learn practical tools to stay calm under pressure, set healthy boundaries, and foster emotional awareness—all while engaging with therapy horses in a peaceful, supportive environment.
The workshop is open to veterans, service members, and their spouses who have children ages 3–11. Lunch will be provided, and spots are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
