Benbrook VFW & Auxiliary 10429 Hosts a Fun Run, Walk, or Ruck Event.

Benbrook VFW & Auxiliary 10429 is bringing back its popular 5k run, walk, or ruck event, set for Thursday, February 20th, at 6 p.m., with another opportunity on March 20th.

The event will take place at the Benbrook VFW, featuring a scenic route through the park, with a turnaround point at 1.5 miles.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own hydration and lights for visibility in the winter months. The event is free, and no park entry fee is required, thanks to the generosity of Jamie. A raffle for prizes will follow the run, and Terras Trails Running Club will host a pre-run clinic to help participants prepare.

Arrive 15 minutes early for sign-in, a briefing, and a chance to win prizes. This fun, community-driven event is sponsored by VFW 10429 and Terra’s Trails Running Clinic.
