BENBROOK, TX — Construction has wrapped up on Villas at Boston Heights, a groundbreaking 144-unit affordable housing complex in Benbrook, marking the suburb’s first project designed to LEED Gold standards. Developed by OM Housing in partnership with KWA Construction and BGO Architects, the $26.5 million project blends sustainability and affordability.
