Benbrook Stables is on the lookout for seasoned equestrians ready to saddle up and lead the way.
The team is currently hiring for two hands-on positions—Trail Guide and Riding Instructor—with a strong emphasis on prior riding and teaching experience. This is not an entry-level or learn-on-the-job opportunity. Only applicants with proven equine experience will be considered.
Candidates must demonstrate their skills in saddling, riding, and instruction through required performance tests. Daily responsibilities also include the full scope of horse care: feeding, bathing, grooming, tacking, and untacking. If you’re passionate about working with both horses and riders—from green beginners to advanced competitors—and are committed to a long-term career in lesson and equine training program development, this role may be your perfect fit.
Ideal applicants are self-starters with a reliable equine work history and a strong work ethic. Comfort with handling horses of all ages and experience levels is a must, as is a willingness to chip in on all ranch duties. Compensation includes hourly pay, lesson commissions, bonuses, and tips.
