What does your culture mean to you? That’s the question Benbrook Middle-High School students are being invited to explore through this year’s annual Texas PTA Reflections competition.
With the theme “What My Culture Means to Me,” students can express their experiences, traditions, and identities through dance, film, literature, visual arts, music, or photography.
The competition is open to all BMHS students, with submissions eligible for a chance to win a prize.
Entries are due Friday, November 6, and can be turned in at either school front office or to an art teacher.
Whether it’s a photograph, a piece of music, a drawing, or a story, students are encouraged to get creative and share what their culture means to them.
