Cookie Fairies Sweeten Fridays at Westpark.

Fridays at Westpark Elementary come with a little something extra, and you can usually smell it in the hallways.

The Westpark Wildcats PTA recently thanked its “Cookie Fairies,” the volunteers who help make Cookie Friday a special treat for the school.

Freshly baked cookies have become a familiar Friday tradition, bringing smiles to students and staff while giving volunteers another simple way to show their support for Westpark.

It may be a small gesture, but those are often the ones that help make a school feel like a community.

And at Westpark, Cookie Friday is always a good day.
