MetroShare Celebrates Five Years of Sharing.

One Benbrook library card can take you farther than you might think.

MetroShare is celebrating its fifth birthday, marking five years of giving Benbrook Public Library cardholders access to materials from participating libraries beyond Benbrook.

Residents can use their Benbrook library card when visiting other MetroShare libraries or place holds on available materials and have them delivered to Benbrook for pickup.

The partnership gives local readers a larger collection to choose from while keeping the convenience of their neighborhood library at 1065 Mercedes St.
