BENBROOK, TX — The Benbrook Bobcats boys soccer team wrapped up February with a dramatic 4-3 shootout victory over cross-town rivals, the Western Hills Cougars, following a hard-fought 2-2 tie in regulation Friday night.
Both teams showcased impressive skills on both ends of the field, keeping fans on the edge of their seats.
The Bobcats held their nerve in the shootout to seal the win, improving their record to 7-10 overall and 5-5 in district play. The victory keeps Benbrook in 4th place in the district standings as they prepare to face the Eastern Hills Highlanders tomorrow at 8 PM.
