In the middle of a busy week, one Benbrook business is inviting residents to slow down and reset.
Benbrook Tea & Wellness will host a 45-minute, in-person guided meditation session on Wednesday, April 15 at 3:00 PM, led by author Jeaninne Grayson. Guests are encouraged to arrive around 2:45 PM to get settled before the session begins.
The event is designed as both an introduction to meditation and a chance to practice it in a relaxed, welcoming setting. For many, it offers a simple way to step away from daily demands and focus on rest and clarity, even if just for an hour.
