Talk ‘n’ Toddle Brings Learning and Play to Benbrook Families.

For parents of young children, the early years can feel like a mix of discovery, questions, and small everyday milestones. A new program at the Benbrook Public Library is designed to support all of it in one place.

Starting Saturday, April 4, the library will host Talk ‘n’ Toddle, a five-week workshop series for children ages 1 to 3 and their caregivers. Each Saturday session runs from 9 to 10:15 a.m. and focuses on building early literacy skills through guided play, conversation, and hands-on activities.

Led by a library childcare professional, the program offers more than just story time. Families will have access to books, toys, and resources that help support development at home, while also connecting with other parents navigating the same stage.

Registration is required, and those who sign up are enrolled for the full series. More information and registration details are available at https://www.benbrooklibrary.org/event/family-place-workshop-20298.

For Benbrook families looking for a place to learn, play, and grow together, this is a simple and meaningful way to get started.
