At Westpark Elementary, the work of the school year is stepping out of the classroom and into the spotlight.
Families are invited to campus on Thursday, March 26, for the annual Open House, an evening built around connection, celebration, and a closer look at what students have been learning. The night begins at 5:30 p.m. with the PTA meeting in the cafeteria, setting the tone for a community-focused gathering.
From 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., classrooms open their doors, giving parents a chance to walk through their child’s work and see growth up close. Throughout the evening, students will also share their creativity and curiosity through an art show, a science fair, and a book fair, offering something to interest every visitor.
Additional activity stations, including Perot Museum experiences, will be open from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., along with refreshments available for purchase.
For many families, it is a chance to slow down, step inside the classroom, and see the effort, imagination, and progress that often happens quietly throughout the year.
