BENBROOK, TEXAS—The Benbrook Planning and Zoning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, January 28, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 911 Winscott Road, Benbrook, TX 76126.
The meeting agenda includes:
- Public comments on agenda items
- Selection of the Board Chairperson and Vice Chairperson
- Approval of minutes from the October 22, 2024, meeting
- Reports from City Staff on Appeals Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment matters
- Review of a zoning variance request (ZBA-25-01) to reduce a rear yard setback at 8 Legend Road
