The Benbrook Lady Bobcats wrapped up play at the Aggieland Invitational, still searching for their first tournament win, taking the floor against Trinity with resolve and determination.
After a tough stretch of games earlier in the tournament, the Lady Bobcats showed heart once again, battling through fatigue and refusing to back down. They put up 37 points, but Trinity’s steady offense proved difficult to slow, pulling away for a 74–37 final.
The result drops the Lady Bobcats to 5–16 on the season, but the scoreboard does not tell the whole story. This team has faced a challenging slate against talented opponents and continues to compete with effort and pride. Even when wins have been hard to come by, their resilience has never wavered.
Now, the Lady Bobcats head home to rest, regroup, and reset their focus as district play approaches. The next chapter begins in 2026 on the road against the Eastern Hills Lady Highlanders.
