The Western Hills weight room looked a little fuller this week, and for good reason. Several former Cougars were back on campus, home for the holidays, and right back to work alongside current players.
These graduates, now competing and studying at colleges across the country, took time to get their winter workouts in together, reminding everyone that the bond built at Western Hills does not fade after graduation. Still in school, still chasing degrees, and still committed to the grind, they showed younger athletes what consistency and discipline look like long after the Friday night lights are gone.
Moments like this say a lot about the program’s culture and the pride that comes with wearing Cougar green. Once a Cougar, always a Cougar, and Western Hills could not be prouder to welcome them home.
