The Benbrook Lady Bobcats had a tough weekend on the court, dropping all three of their tournament matchups and struggling to find rhythm against some intense competition.
The weekend opened with a steep challenge as the Lady Bobcats ran into a dominant Lorena squad and fell 90-6. Hoping to regroup, Benbrook pushed into double digits in their next outing but came up short again in an 85-15 loss to Liberty. Saturday brought another uphill battle, with College Station handing the Lady Bobcats a 68-12 defeat.
The losses slide Benbrook to 4-9 on the season, but the team now turns its focus to a home matchup against Paschal at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
