Westpark Elementary is calling on families and neighbors to join in for a hands-on Fall Beautification Day on Saturday, October 18, from 10 a.m. to noon. The event aims to bring the school community together for a fun and meaningful morning of gardening, cleanup, and campus care.
Volunteers will help with weeding, mulching, planting, and trash pickup, while kids learn about gardening and the importance of caring for the earth. Families are encouraged to bring their own gardening gloves, tools, rakes, and wheelbarrows, along with plenty of water and closed-toe shoes for safety.
As a bonus, the first 10 children to arrive will receive a free pair of gardening gloves.
Westpark Elementary invites everyone to help the campus shine and celebrate what it means to be a Wildcatโworking together to make their community a little greener and more beautiful.
