Fitness meets fun this weekend at the Benbrook Area YMCA during its Group Exercise Launch Party, featuring a full lineup of high-energy classes, multiple instructors, and a festive Halloween theme.
The event kicks off with BODYCOMBAT at 8:15 a.m., followed by BODYPUMP at 9:30 a.m. (equipment available on a first-come basis), BODYBALANCE at 10:45 a.m., and Zumba at noon. Attendees are encouraged to wear costumes, bring friends, and enjoy light snacks between sessions.
