Western Hills Cougars Snap Losing Streak.

The Western Hills Cougars roared back into the win column Thursday night with a commanding 62-33 victory over the Carter-Riverside Eagles.

After dropping their last two games, the Cougars found their rhythm and improved their season record to 4-11.

Meanwhile, it’s been a tough stretch for Carter-Riverside, who has now lost nine of their last ten games, falling to 2-13 on the season.

The Cougars have a packed post-holiday schedule, with a doubleheader lined up on December 26. They’ll tip off against the Bowie Jackrabbits at 10 a.m., followed by an afternoon matchup with the Burkburnett Bulldogs at 3 p.m. On December 28, they’ll return to the court for another game against a yet-to-be-determined opponent.

After a brief holiday break, the Cougars will start the new year with an exciting showdown against the Dunbar Wildcats on January 3 at 11 a.m.

Happy Holidays to Cougar family and friends. Stay updated on Cougar Basketball at FWWesternHillsCougars.com.
