Benbrook residents were alerted this morning after a report of a young woman, estimated to be 16 to 18 years old, walking south on RM 2871 near the railroad tracks with a bottle of water in one hand and a gun in the other.
The concerned resident called 911 to ensure community safety. Authorities are looking into the situation. Another motorist reported seeing her near the I-20 westbound entrance around 11 a.m. but did not get further details.
